Mary Magnini

Mary Magnini started her meeting planning career in 1983 at the American Academy of Child & Adolescent psychiatry. Mary founded Meetings Management, Inc., in 1992 and has continued to increase staff and services each year. Meetings Management, Inc., has worked in every major city in the United States.

Mary has been designated a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) for more than 10 years. She loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family and friends.

Mary Lofgren

Mary has worked with Mary Magnini since 2003, and earned her CMP certification in 2014.

Before working at MMI, she worked in various organizations as an office administrator in multiple capacities.

She volunteers with the Fairfax County, Virginia, Master Gardeners Association, and enjoys gardening and walking her dogs.

Cindy Carter

Cindy has been with MMI since 2011. Earlier, she was a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Upon retirement from the FBI, she earned a certificate in meeting and event planning.

She is a volunteer with Concerns of Police Survivors and for many years served on the National Police Week Planning Committee.

She enjoys traveling and visiting her children and grandchildren.

Kate Crummett

Kate joined the Meetings Management, Inc. team in 2016.

She  graduated from Frostburg State University and has been in the professional meetings industry for over 17 years, earning her CMP certification in 2005.

She and her husband reside in Northern Virginia with their two daughters and two lovable dogs.

 

Tracy McClure

Tracy joined Meetings Management, Inc., in 2017. She founded Web Work International in 2010 and currently supports Drexel University’s College of Engineering and several other small businesses. She also runs a small embroidery business and is a FIT4MOM fitness instructor, and she’s been a volunteer with Engineers Without Borders since 2009.

Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children, fitness and sports, and traveling the world.

Mobile App Recognition

Mobile apps are becoming routine at conferences. One such app that was developed with Meetings Management’s coordination was featured by Convene magazine as one of the top five apps in a recent annual Best in Show issue.

Both Mary Magnini and Mary Lofgren have earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Convention Industry Council for their experience, education, and exam performance. This credential is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, exhibition, and event industry.
